Copy wallet address
A unique wallet address is generated for you. Copy it or scan the QR code.
Send from your wallet
Send the exact amount from your external crypto wallet to the generated address.
Funds arrive
After blockchain confirmation (usually 1 block), your wallet balance updates automatically.
How to Withdraw
Go to Withdraw
In your dashboard, click Withdraw. Enter the amount and your external wallet address.
Verify identity
Enter the OTP sent to your registered email to confirm the withdrawal request.
Review & approve
Our team reviews the request. Most withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours.
Receive funds
Crypto is sent to your provided address. You can track it on the blockchain explorer using the transaction ID.
Important: Send only on the correct network
Always verify the correct network for each coin before sending. Sending crypto on the wrong network may result in permanent loss. Spredixmarkets cannot recover incorrectly sent funds.

Can I deposit with a bank card or bank transfer?▾
Currently we only support cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20, USDC ERC20, Bitcoin, Litecoin). This allows instant, borderless transactions with no third-party processing delays.
Is there a maximum deposit amount?▾
There is no maximum deposit limit. For very large deposits (over $50,000 equivalent), please contact support beforehand to ensure smooth processing.
What happens if I send to the wrong address?▾
Crypto transactions are irreversible. Always double-check the address and network before sending. We cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses.
Why do I need to complete KYC before withdrawing?▾
KYC is required by our AML/CTF compliance obligations. It protects you and the platform from fraud. Deposits can be made before KYC, but withdrawals require a verified account.
Can I withdraw to a different wallet than I deposited from?▾
Yes, you can withdraw to any valid wallet address of the same coin. However, for large amounts this may trigger additional verification.
