1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and Spredixmarkets Ltd. (“Spredixmarkets”, “we”, “us”), registered in Saint Lucia under Company No. 2026-00033. By accessing our website, opening an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Not be a resident or citizen of any restricted jurisdiction
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

Spredixmarkets does not offer services to residents of: United States of America, North Korea, South Korea, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, Crimea region, or any other jurisdiction where the distribution or use of our services would be contrary to local law or regulation.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To open a live trading account, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting: a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (dated within 3 months), and any additional documentation we may reasonably request.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Trading Services

Spredixmarkets provides access to CFD trading on forex, synthetic indices, cryptocurrencies, commodities, indices, and precious metals through the MetaTrader 5 platform.

We act as the counterparty to your trades. All prices quoted are indicative and subject to market conditions. We reserve the right to adjust spreads, leverage, and other trading conditions with reasonable notice.

Demo accounts are available without KYC verification for practice purposes. Demo account conditions may differ from live accounts.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits may be made via cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT TRC20, and LTC (Litecoin)). All deposits must originate from wallets in the client's own name.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method.

6. Synthetic Indices

Synthetic indices are simulated financial instruments whose prices are generated by cryptographically secure random number algorithms. They do not represent any real underlying asset or market. Trading conditions for synthetic indices, including leverage and spreads, are set by Spredixmarkets and may be adjusted at our discretion.

7. Fees & Charges

Applicable fees include spreads, commissions (on certain account types), overnight swap charges, and any applicable third-party payment processing fees. A complete schedule of fees is available on our Fees page. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with advance notice to clients.

8. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading CFDs and leveraged products carries a high degree of risk. You may lose more than your initial investment. You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Risk Disclosure Statement and that you trade at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spredixmarkets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: trading losses, system downtime, data breaches, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, all open positions will be closed and remaining funds returned, subject to any outstanding obligations. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Saint Lucia.
