You can hold one live account per type and up to 2 demo accounts per type. Demo accounts expire after 7 days but can be recreated anytime.

Minimum trade sizes vary by account type and are shown on the Account Types page. Micro tier pairs support fractional contract sizes for smaller positions.

We accept cryptocurrency deposits — Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). Go to Dashboard → Deposit, generate a wallet address, and send from your crypto wallet. Funds appear after blockchain confirmation.

Spredixmarkets charges zero deposit fees. You only pay the standard blockchain network fee when sending crypto from your wallet.

USDT (TRC20) and LTC: 5–15 minutes after 1 confirmation. BTC: 10–30 minutes after 1 confirmation. Times vary with network congestion.

Go to Dashboard → Withdraw, enter your crypto wallet address and amount. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 1–4 hours during business days. Large withdrawals may require additional verification.

Minimum withdrawal is $10 equivalent. There are no withdrawal fees from our side — you only pay the blockchain network fee.

Synthetic indices are algorithmically generated financial instruments. Their prices are produced by our proprietary system — not derived from any real underlying market. This means they trade 24/7 with no news events, earnings, or geopolitical disruptions affecting them.

Our generator reads from real historical tick data as a directional signal, then applies proprietary movement logic within each pair's defined floor, ceiling, and volatility parameters. Every tick is algorithmically produced and stored before delivery.

Low (SX10, SX25): slow, steady movement. Mid (SX50, SX75): balanced volatility. High (SX100, SX150): larger swings. Extreme (SX200, SX300, SX500, SX1000): aggressive moves for experienced traders. Micro (SXM10, SXM50): tight spreads and 1-second ticks for scalpers.

Never. All 12 Spredix pairs trade every second of every day — weekends, holidays, Christmas, New Year. If our generator is running, the market is open.

No. Prices are generated by a deterministic algorithm before being delivered to the WebSocket. The generator runs independently of the trading system — nobody can alter prices in real time.

Client funds are held in fully segregated accounts, completely separate from company operational funds. This means your balance is protected even in the unlikely event of company insolvency.

Yes. You can enable 2FA via the Settings page in your dashboard. Sensitive actions like withdrawals and account changes require OTP verification via email.
